D and G Development Company of NC, LLC has been building quality buildings since 1984. We have always said we must build only those buildings that we can supervise. We are very Hands-On with each project, visit jobs daily and attend the scheduled meetings each week. Keeping investors or owners in the information loop as well as "Telling It like It Is", is very important. No Surprises is one of our creeds to live by and has helped us to sign repeat projects.
Paul Gilbert brings a lot of experience in building construction projects in North Carolina, Virginia and Florida. He has been recognized for quality construction projects over the past 50 years. It does not matter if it is a big or little, or fancy or plain, all projects Need to Be Built Properly. This is our reputation.
